  3. Next, move the container with the components on the stove, light a slow fire. Start the cooking process, do not forget to constantly mix the ingredients. The time of manipulation after boiling will be about 25-35 minutes.
  4. Check the treat for preparedness, the berries should soften. After that, take the jars that have been sterilized, and pour the elderberry treat into them. Roll up containers with clean lids. Store jam in a dry, dark room.

  1. Use the stewpan of the right size, combine sugar and purified water in it. Send the container to a slow fire, mix the components regularly. Strain the composition until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. In parallel, start processing elderberry flowers. Separate the petals from the stalks, you need to get rid of the latter. Put the prepared product in a clean container, mix the finished sweet mass.
  3. Cover the basin with the product with gauze, leave the treat to infuse for 12-14 hours. When the next day comes, set the refractory container to a slow fire. Tomato treat after boiling about a quarter of an hour.

  2. After 7-9 minutes, discard the flowers on a fine sieve, wait for the water to drain. You do not need to squeeze the product. In parallel, combine purified water, granulated sugar and honey in a separate pan. Stir the ingredients until smooth.
  3. With the appearance of the first bubbles, pour the flowers into a boiling composition. Boil the components over a minimum heat of 15-17 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool completely at room temperature. Manipulation must be repeated 4 times. Roll up.
