We start by making buns. Each of them is cut into 2 parts and a little browned in butter with a slice down. This is done to improve the taste, as well as to keep the bun in order - it will not greatly soak and lose shape.

Tartar sauce is perfect for fish. To do this, finely chop pickled cucumbers and herbs. Mix them with mayonnaise or sour cream. If you have chosen the last option, do not forget to add salt.
