  1. Rinse the nuts under the tap, transfer to a bowl and pour cool water. Leave the fruits to soak for 25-40 minutes. During this period, the kernels become soft, remove them from the water.
  2. Pour peanuts into a sieve to drain the liquid, wait 10 minutes. Now gently pat the nuts with a towel, removing dust and other neoplasms.
  3. Heat treatment takes place in 2 stages: first, the grains are fried in the oven, then sent to the pan. Therefore, turn on the oven in advance, preheat the appliance to 185-190 degrees.

  2. Throw nuts on a towel, soak for 10 minutes. During this time, all the water will leave and be absorbed into the tissue. Make a pan with high walls, place the dishes on the stove. Set the minimum power, warm up the appliance for 3 minutes.
  3. When the allotted time runs out, add nuts. Fry them for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Move the nuts from the sides of the pan to the middle. Such a move will evenly fry the product.
  4. After 5 minutes, increase heat to medium, continue frying. Stir components, do not leave the stove. The duration of the heat treatment is a quarter of an hour.
  5. After cooking, line the bowl with parchment, send nuts to the bowl. Fold the paper in a bag and rub between your hands, so you get rid of the rest of the shell.

  1. To make peanuts in caramel, you need 60 gr. butter and 130 gr. Sahara. The number of components is indicated on 500 gr. peeled peanuts.
