  1. Before making chips, you need to make a syrup. Citric acid in conjunction with sugar will not allow the fruit to acquire a darkened appearance, the taste in snacks will turn out to be more pronounced.
  2. Combine water and bulk components in a common container. Send the container to the stove and wait for the composition to boil. Stir components until crystals are completely dissolved. Set the syrup aside, it should cool slightly.
  3. Next, proceed to peel the fruit. Wash the fruits in the usual way and chop the rings with a thickness of no more than 2 mm. For convenience, you can use a special grater. Get rid of the core and seeds in apples.
  4. Place prepared raw material in warm syrup. Apples must stand at least one third of the hour. The fruits are slightly saturated with an acidic base. If the apples did not fit completely, you can do the manipulation one at a time.
  5. After the allotted time for insisting, remove excess syrup from apples. Put the fruits on parchment or paper napkins, wait for drying. After that, place the apples on a baking sheet.

  6. Combine cinnamon and vanilla into a whole mass and sprinkle future chips. After this, the baking sheet with the product must be placed back into the oven and the door closed. Apples should be kept warm for a while. If you are going to store snacks, then the best place for them will be glass, wicker, wooden or ceramic containers. Chips should receive enough oxygen.

  2. Lay the prepared raw materials on paper towels, for some time the excess moisture from the fruit will be absorbed into the material. Put apples in a bowl of the right size. Sprinkle snacks with fresh lemon juice. Gently mix the plates so that they do not break.
  3. Then proceed in a classic way, preheat the oven to the optimum temperature (70 degrees). Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put apples in a layer on a tray. Sprinkle the mixture with powder and cinnamon.
  4. Place the baking tray with the contents in the oven for 2.5 hours. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the slices.
