Now we heat up high-quality vegetable oil (sunflower or olive, unrefined) just above room temperature and fill them with sea buckthorn flour so that it only slightly extends beyond the dry substance. Mix, tightly close the lid, remove for a week in a dark place. Do not forget that future oil needs to be mixed every day! After 6-9 days we take out the mass, drain the oil. Use the smallest sieve, otherwise the flour will leak out too. If small particles, in spite of everything, get into the finished product, leave it to stand for a day. All the flour will settle to the bottom, and it will be possible to drain completely pure sea-buckthorn oil. If you want to improve its quality, insist already prepared on a new portion of berry flour.
