Whitening face masks: homemade recipes

The subtleties of using whitening masks

  1. Any cosmetic product can cause individual intolerance. Before applying the composition to the entire face, do a preliminary test on the area behind the ear. If there is no itching, irritation and inflammation, proceed with manipulation.
  2. Before using the mask, carefully steam the skin by holding your face over the herbal bath. Then perform a scrubbing procedure to enhance the effect of the whitening composition.
  3. In order not to provoke a deterioration of the epidermis, make masks 2 hours before bedtime. Before morning awakening, the skin will "rest". The main thing is not to go out in the sun after cosmetic procedures.
  4. After using the whitening product, use a hydrogel or a nourishing face cream. It will remove excess exposure to the skin of aggressive components. You can also rub with ice.

Carrots and cabbage

Potato and yogurt

Lemon and grapefruit

  1. An effective mixture of citrus fruits can whiten even the darkest age spots. Squeeze juice out of half a lemon, mash a third of grapefruit into porridge. Connect the components.
  2. To get a thick paste, add 20 g. sifted potato starch. Spread the product with a thick layer on the skin, massage gently and rinse after a third of an hour.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Salt

  1. Combine 30 ml. table water with 25 gr. apple cider vinegar with a concentration of not more than 6%. Add 20 gr. coarse salt, mix.
  2. Steam your face, do not use a scrub. Apply the mask to the skin, massage for 3 minutes, then rinse.

Turmeric and Lemon Juice

  1. Ground turmeric is an excellent whitening agent. Sift 5-10 gr., Mix with 40 gr. fat thick yogurt. Enter juice from half a lemon.
  2. Apply the composition in several thin layers. Let's dry each of them. Owners of dry skin should keep the product for 15 minutes, all others - a third of an hour.

Wine and hydrogen peroxide

  1. Wipe through a 55 g strainer. high fat cottage cheese. Add raw yolk or protein, mix. Pour in 20 ml. dry white wine and 4-5 ml. hydrogen peroxide (3-6%).
  2. Spread the composition over the skin and rub. Massage your face for 5 minutes, then wait another quarter hour. Rinse off. Repeat the procedure after 2 weeks.

Sugar and Vodka

  1. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, you can replace with whole lime. Add to it 30 ml. vodka or cognac (if the skin is tanned). Pour in 30 ml. fat milk.
  2. Now put the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour. After this time, enter so much cane sugar so that the mass thickens. Apply it tightly and massage the skin for 7 minutes.

Lemon and Kiwi

  1. Choose kiwi moderately ripe so that the seeds are firm. Remove the skin from the fetus, rinse the pulp. Grind the product into porridge. Now grate 1/3 of the lemon, mix with kiwi.

Honey and Lemon Juice

  1. Preheat 55–65 g. candied honey up to 40 degrees. Mix it with 40 ml. high fat kefir. Squeeze the juice from a whole lemon and put it into the bulk.

Flour and tomato

Lanolin and beeswax

Cottage cheese and cream

  1. Rinse lemon or lime, squeeze juice from citrus fruit, you need 35-40 ml. Enter to fresh 40 gr. high fat cream, 70 gr. homemade cottage cheese.
  2. Put the whole mass in a strainer, wipe. Steam your skin in advance to prepare it for further manipulations. Make a mask, relax your facial muscles for the duration of the composition. After 40 minutes, remove the product.

White clay and sparkling water

  1. White clay in its properties resembles red. Therefore, you can choose any of the listed shades. You need to fill in 40 g sparkling water. products, following the instructions on the package.
  2. When the product visibly thickens, mix it and add 25 ml. lemon juice or grapefruit. Pour in additional 10 ml. olive oil if the skin is dry. Distribute the products and hold for 20 minutes.

Starch and salt

  1. Combine 40 gr. candied honey with 30 gr. potato starch, put the composition in the microwave for 10 seconds. After this period, pour 10 ml. cucumber juice.
  2. Leave the mask for a third of an hour to thicken, then pour 20 g. tablespoon coarse salt. Spread over cleansed skin and massage. Wash off after 15-25 minutes.

Whey and Parsley

  1. Parsley, just like dill, whitens the skin. Turn a bunch of greens into pulp, squeeze the juice. Add 40 ml to it. whey or ayran.
  2. Moisten the sponge in the mass, wipe the cleansed skin and dry the first layer. Repeat steps 3-5 times. After the last layer has dried, wash and apply the cream.

Bleaching masks should be used with caution in the summer, when the skin is very tanned. Otherwise, you risk getting a complexion that differs with the body. Use effective compounds based on parsley, dairy products, starch, citrus juice, peroxide, salt, honey.
