  3. In cases where masks are used for the purpose of therapeutic therapy, at least 20 sessions should be performed with a frequency of 2-3 times a week. If the formulations are intended for prophylaxis, it is sufficient to use them once every 10 days.
  4. To enhance the effect before applying the product, make a steam bath of medicinal plants (yarrow, nettle, sage, geranium, etc.). Hold your face over the pan for 7-10 minutes, then proceed with the manipulations.
  5. Masks cleanse pores and release sebaceous ducts. After the procedure, it is advisable to wash your face with melt or mineral water with gas, then walk on the skin with cubes of cosmetic ice.

Yellow clay and strawberries

Wheat bran and cream

  1. Bran is sold at any grocery store. Wheat composition can be replaced with rye. You need to combine 20 gr. product with 10 gr. gelatin and 30-40 ml. hot milk.

Apple and oatmeal

  1. Choose a medium green apple, do not peel the peel. Remove the seeds, rub the halves of the fruit in a shallow section. Mix with a handful of oatmeal, add 10 gr. gelatin.

Gray clay and zinc ointment
