  4. Move the fruit into a container of sufficient size. Mash the raw materials in any convenient way. As a result, the dessert should find a homogeneous and fairly tender structure. To do this, it is best to use a blender. Do not mashed the berries, just beat lightly.
  5. Pour half a liter of purified water to the berry mass. Place the container with contents on the burner and wait for it to boil. With milk

  2. Boil the composition over medium heat for a specified amount of time. Grate the fruit again through a sieve. Fold the gauze cloth in several layers and strain the decoction. Re-send the hot compote to the stove. Pour 80 g. granulated sugar. Wait for the crystals to dissolve.
  3. Dissolve in water 20 gr. starch. Get uniformity from the components so that no lumps appear. Gently enter the composition into the compote. Do not stop stirring the main fluid. Once the mass has boiled again, pour in the cranberry juice.
  4. Remove the container from the stove and let cool at room temperature. Separately heat 0.25 liters. milk. Enter 15 gr. starch. As soon as the milk begins to boil, pour 50 g. granulated sugar. Add half of the bean pod to this.
  5. Wait for the thickening of the milk mixture. Try not to bring the composition to a boil. Pour the jelly into transparent glasses in layers. As a result, you get a kind of zebra. Each time, pouring a new layer, wait for the previous one to cool.

Contraindications
