How to extract oil from lemon

Essential oil from fresh, green lemon peel is obtained by simple cold pressing. Previously, the process was manual, and either the curettage technique was used, or a strip of the upper part of the peel was cut with a thin layer.

The next step was to squeeze the oil from the zest. With a valuable substance, citrus juice fell into the container. To obtain a pure product, the mixture was defended. The rising oil was removed.

A drum with spikes located on the inner surface was also used to extract oil from the zest. The fruits rolled, the peel lost its integrity and gave along with the ether juice. The liquid thus collected was sedimented and the upper valuable layer was also removed.

An interesting fact remains that, despite technological progress, the manual method of oil production is considered the best. At home, the oil from the zest of lemons is extracted by means of a new, not used crush of garlic. Withstand up to 5 minutes. Wash off with running water. Moisturize with a familiar home remedy. Since peeling is capable of injuring the upper layer of the skin, it is used no more than once every 7 days.

Rejuvenating Mask
One tablespoon of any two oils (dog rose, olive, peach, avocado, castor oil, coconut) is heated. Combine with lemon essential oil (2 drops). Combine the components, distribute evenly on clean skin in several stages. After complete drying, each layer is removed with water by means of a cotton pad. After completing the three-time application, the face skin is rinsed with warm water. Moisturize with cream.

Care for problem skin (acne, acne, inflammation)
