  5. Firming. Such baths are recommended in the cold season to boost the immune system and increase the body's resistance to viruses. To carry out the procedure, taking into account all the rules, brew two handfuls of flax seeds in 300 ml. boiling water. This product must be set in a basin with 3 liters of water and steamed legs for 20 minutes.
  6. Contrasting. Baths are suitable for hardening, they need to be done to people with low immunity and those who suffer from varicose veins. Prepare 2 basins, pour warm water with a temperature of 40 degrees in one, cool in the other (about 15-20 degrees). Lower your legs in each tank one at a time and linger for half a minute.

Features of the use of foot baths

You do not have to cut out some time for therapy. Baths are good because they can be done while watching TV, reading a book or working on a PC. Prunes with milk

  1. The bath is aimed at softening the skin of the feet, eliminating calluses, cracks and corns.Suitable for people who bought new shoes, but have not yet carried it, but have already received aching corns. Therapy is preferably carried out 1 hour before going to bed.
  2. Take prunes in the amount of 8 pieces and 250 ml. hot milk. Send the dried fruit inside and simmer until the prunes are soft.
  3. Let the composition reach a temperature of 40-50 degrees, beat all the contents with a submersible blender. Pour the composition into a basin with 1.5-2 liters. hot water and lower the legs inward for 25 minutes.
  4. When the procedure is complete, remove excess with dry paper towels. Perform the pedicure procedure by eliminating corns. Apply cream, put on socks.

Soda

  2. Mix 1.5-2.5 liters. hot water into which you will be comfortable lowering your legs, with 40 gr. drinking soda. Stir, lower the feet into this product for 20 minutes.
  3. If you intend to do a pedicure, remove your feet every 5 minutes and rub the sole with a pumice stone. Then dip again, wait for the indicated time. After all the manipulations, wipe the skin dry, apply cream and put on socks.
  4. To make the skin of the feet even softer, you need to introduce 300 ml into a soda solution. strong chamomile broth, then thoroughly pumice.

Sea salt

  1. Baths with sea salt showed excellent results in the fight against physical and emotional stress. This procedure restores human energy. Also, sessions are effective for colds and prevent venous ailments.
  2. If you have a cold, it is recommended that you take a bath every day until you recover completely. To prevent diseases and vascular weakness, the procedure must be done 2 times a week.
  3. To prepare a bath of therapeutic effect, you need to take 1 liter. warm water, 3 drops of coniferous ether and 30 gr. coarse sea salt. Stir the ingredients until dissolved.

Medicinal plants

Paraffin

  3. To achieve the correct consistency, you need to adhere to certain rules. Melt cosmetic paraffin in a steam bath. The composition should be an acceptable temperature and not burn. In parallel, prepare the skin of the legs with a scrub or other similar means.
  4. After you have carried out preparatory measures, dip your feet in the composition for literally 10-15 seconds, take it out. Repeat the process several times until a dense paraffin layer forms on the feet.
  5. Then put plastic bags on your feet. Warm yourself with tight socks. The composition can be removed after half an hour or after waking up. Moisturize your feet with cream.

Mustard

  2. To conduct the session with maximum benefit, it is important to calculate the correct proportions. Otherwise, you can achieve a negative result and harm your legs. Hydrogen peroxide is used for skin roughness, if it was not caused by a serious illness.
  3. For the procedure, it is enough to dilute in 1.5 liters. hot water 120 ml. hydrogen peroxide. Steam the legs in the finished composition for 5 minutes. After that, clean the wet heels with a pumice stone or with a directional grinding file.
