How to moisturize your skin

  1. Avoid using products that dry your skin. This list includes tonics containing alcohol, hard scrubs, and other products that are not suitable for your skin type.
  2. Do not wash your face with hot water, prefer contrasting rinses. High temperature leads to the fact that the skin loses precious moisture and begins to dry.
  3. Use at least 1.8 liters per day. purified water, but not boiled (it is devoid of benefits). This list does not include teas, juices, other drinks. Do not allow dehydration.

Moisturizing lotions

Instead of purchased cosmetics, you can use homemade care lotions. Consider popular and simple recipes.

  3. After this, strain the infusion and introduce into it a whipped yolk, 12 g. honey and 30 ml. apple fresh. Stir the ingredients thoroughly. Spread the product over the skin and wait 25 minutes. Wash with non-hot water in the usual way.

Linden broth with olive oil

  1. If you regularly apply a mask of the presented components, the skin will receive proper hydration and softening. After several procedures, peeling disappears. Combine 55 gr. honey and 60 ml. olive oil. Warm up the components in a steam bath.
  2. Insert the egg yolk into a homogeneous mixture. Consider the temperature of the mixture should not exceed 35 degrees. Otherwise, the animal product will begin to curl. Apply a homogeneous mass in several layers, each should dry.
  3. The result is about 4-5 layers. Once the mask is completely dry, remove it with a cotton pad. It must be moistened in linden broth. Such a composition must be prepared in advance from 40 gr. linden flowers and 250 ml. boiling water. Boil the component for 10 minutes over low heat. Strain and apply after cooling.

Curd with carrot juice

  1. The mask nourishes and moisturizes the skin cells. In addition, the epidermis brightens, the tone evens out. Combine in a cup of 40 ml. warm village milk and 50 gr. fat cottage cheese. Pound the products into a homogeneous mass.
  2. Enter 45 ml. fresh carrot and 35 ml. olive oil. Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous gruel is formed. Spread the product over the face with a cosmetic spatula. Wait half an hour. Rinse off with warm water.

Olive Oil with Tocopherol

  2. Stir the ingredients thoroughly and get a homogeneous mass. Make a gauze napkin with slots. Treat the rags in the finished product. Apply a mask on your face, wait a third of an hour. Wash yourself in the usual way.

Aloe honey
