A stunning combination of meat, mushrooms and hard cheese makes a rich flavoring bouquet with a minimum of effort spent on cooking. Portion slices of fillet are carefully beaten, smeared with mayonnaise and sprinkled with a mixture of salt, pepper and chopped herbs. Spread out in one layer on a baking sheet, oiled. Champignons are cut into slices, fried and placed on each piece of meat. Top with a slice of tomato and sprinkled with finely grated cheese. The dish is put in the oven for 20 minutes, served hot.

Canned champignons add new shades to dishes, diversify the menu, are healthy and do not require long cooking times.
