Your movements should resemble a mute conversation, but with great effort. Continue the exercise for 5 minutes, sometimes lingering with your mouth open and your chin pointing down for 20 seconds.
  9. Fold your lips with the letter O, then walk your tongue over the inside of your lips and cheeks. Make the most of your cheeks to resist. Continue the exercise for another 5 minutes.
  10. Pull the lower jaw forward, open and close your mouth, pull the cheeks as deep as possible and hold them in this position for 30 seconds. Relax, repeat the exercise 20 times.

Masks for eliminating nasolabial wrinkles

Kaolin mask

  • kaolin - 15 gr.
  • honey - 15 gr.
  • lime juice - 15 ml.

Mix the components, cover the area of ​​the nasolabial wrinkles with the composition, wait 30 minutes. After time, remove the mask with cold water and wipe the skin with ice cubes.
