How to get rid of blackheads on the nose at home

Black dots (“calendons”) on the nose are common in most people, regardless of the original skin type. They are formed due to the accumulation of fat and dust in the pores, as a result of which natural self-cleaning is disrupted. As a rule, advertised cosmetics are not able to cope with this problem in full. People are forced to resort to the tricks of folk cosmetology, which helps eliminate sebaceous plugs, acting from the inside.

  • dysbiosis;
  • gastrointestinal tract diseases;
  • vegetovascular dystonia;
  • puberty;
  • postpartum period, pregnancy, menopause;

  • genetic predisposition;
  • hormonal imbalance.

Basic care

Face wash. Despite the fact that the purchased compositions do not give a full result, they should not be neglected. Get a mousse or cleanser gel that's right for your skin type.

Give preference to formulations based on activated carbon and hydrogen peroxide, pay more attention to the wings of the nose and the T-shaped zone. You will also need a cosmetic brush that exfoliates dead skin particles and removes the top layer of sebaceous plugs.

Evenly distribute the product in the palm of your hand, rub into a thick foam, apply on the skin of the face. Brush your nose wings to thoroughly clean your pores. After all the manipulations, wash with cold water, repeat the steps in the morning and in the evening.

Important!
It is strongly not recommended to wash your face with soap. Such actions provoke massive peeling and clogging of pores, so they are not useful at all.

Disinfection. Very often, black dots turn into full-blown inflammations that cause a lot of trouble to their owners. In order to prevent or correct this outcome, use toners and lotions that are appropriate for your skin type. Choose products marked “antibacterial composition”, such cosmetics eliminate greasy shine, treat ulcers and minor inflammations. Read the label carefully for acetylsalicylic acid, zinc oxide, hydrogen peroxide, or activated carbon. If possible, buy cosmetics from well-established brands, refuse to purchase hygiene products in the market or in the underpass.

Exfoliation. As mentioned earlier, calendons are a mixture of dead particles of epidermis, subcutaneous fat and dust. To remove the stratum corneum, use scrubs and peels. You can buy a finished product or use traditional medicine by mixing coffee grounds with regular foam for washing. The main task of such formulations is to exfoliate the dead epidermis, extract subcutaneous fat and close the pores on the wings of the nose. Do not abuse the scrubbing procedure so as not to cause artificial opening of pores. The recommended frequency of the procedure varies from 1 time in 7-10 days.

Nutrition. One of the reasons for the appearance of black dots on the wings of the nose is the improper use of cosmetics. In the warm season, discard fatty compounds, they clog pores and do not allow the skin to breathe. Replace your care products with light hydrogels or serums, which are 80% water.Do not apply the product on the face with a plentiful layer, remove excess with a sponge. Beauticians advise to cover the skin with serum by driving movements with the help of pillows of the middle and ring fingers. Before the procedure, wipe the face, in particular the problem area of the nose, with cabbage juice.

Makeup. If possible, temporarily abandon the "heavy" makeup. It provokes clogging of pores and makes skin self-cleaning difficult, forcing the sebaceous glands to work at an accelerated pace. Such funds include foundation, color base, blush, powder. In cases where you cannot afford to be left without makeup, choose products tailored to your skin type (professional series).

Nutrition recommendations

Black dots on the nose appear due to an improperly balanced diet, so an integrated approach is necessary.

  1. Completely exclude spicy, fried, salty foods from the menu. Cook in an oven or slow cooker without adding oil.
