Cardamom is added to tea or coffee at the tip of a spoon: about half of those beans that are in one box. You should not drink more than 4 cups of such a drink per day.

To make tea soft, “voluminous”, refined to taste, choose dark large grains of cardamom.The green variety of grains will give a more pronounced flavor, so those who do not like drinks rich in spices will need to strain the tea a couple of minutes after immersing the seasoning in it.

Drink and a simple decoction without tea leaves. On a glass of boiling water, 1-2 boxes of cardamom are brewed with the addition of other spices: ginger, cinnamon, star anise, mint. This tincture can be drunk not only hot but also cold. Tea will help relieve headache, nausea and soothe before bedtime.

Boil for 2-3 minutes. Complete the bouquet with spices: cloves, cinnamon and cardamom. If desired, you can add thyme, then the taste will be softer.
  6. A delicious dessert tea with cardamom is prepared in milk: mix 250 ml of hot water and 250 ml of milk, boil, pour 2-3 teaspoons of soft tea leaves and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Darken the tea leaves until a characteristic peach shade is obtained. Before removing from the fire, several cardamom grains are added to the broth. After that, the tea is filtered and served warm. Such a drink is pleasant to drink with baked goods or without snacks.
