So what is a brizol? The long-known term is not a specific dish, but rather the technique of its preparation. That is, "brizol" means to fry in the egg. Any piece of chicken or fish fried in a omelette breading with a stretch can be called brizol. Brizole in the classical sense of this layer is a thin piece of chicken or meat, previously beaten and fried in breading from flour and eggs.
