  3. Tincture for external use. The proportions of the ingredients for the drug are the same - half a kilogram of nuts and half a liter of vodka. In this case, after two weeks of infusion of the solution, strain it and pour vodka again (500 ml). The second time the tincture has been infused for three weeks, after which it is filtered. Next, stir both tinctures, place the product in a container of dark glass. This tool is used to treat orthopedic pathologies, pathologies associated with age-related changes in joint tissue, rheumatological ailments, dermatological problems and to restore the integrity of the dermis when it is damaged. It should be noted that when using tinctures in compresses, the resulting solution must be diluted 1: 2 in order to prevent the appearance of burns of the skin. In addition, you should know that compresses do not apply to open areas, and even more so, to bleeding areas. This tincture can also be used for grinding.

As a rule, with internal use, therapy consists of two courses: the use of tinctures for a month or two is followed by a month's rest, after which the remedy can be repeated. Before use, it is better to dilute the tincture in water and drink before a daily meal.
