  • boosts immunity;
  • has a positive effect on the organs of vision and skin.

  1. While you drink kefir with flax, completely exclude sweet, flour and alcoholic drinks from the diet.
  2. Break food intake 5-6 times a day, each of which will eat a small portion of food.
  3. Vegetables, fruits, fish and sour-milk products should prevail in your diet.
  4. You should drink at least 2 liters of water per day.

Contraindications

No matter how good flax may be, any panacea has its own prohibitions. You should not begin to cleanse the body with flax seeds, if you have:

  • colitis;
  • cirrhosis of the liver;
  • inflammation of the ocular cornea;
  • pancreatitis
  • hepatitis;
  • gallstone or urolithiasis;
  • period of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
