  5. Before proceeding to remove stains, the thing must be rinsed in warm water. Then try to clean the stain with ordinary household soap. Soap the cloth and lightly rub it with a soft brush. Laundry soap is very effective in the fight against stains of this kind.

It is used for developing photographs and it copes with sweat stains on clothes.   4. Wear fresh clothes daily, especially during the hot season. If sweat comes out through the shirt, it is advisable to wear a thin white undershirt from below.
  5. Choose clothes made from natural fabrics - linen, cotton. They better let air through and do not clog pores.
